If the target is not reached within the initial one-month competition period, the challenge will automatically continue until the minimum target is achieved.

The final winners will be determined after the challenge reaches the required threshold and the final verification process has been completed.

The leaderboard will be frozen at the official closing time.

Fairness & Transparency

To protect the integrity of the competition:

Every creator entry is reviewed by a member of the MRPO team before publication.

Each creator's TikTok profile is checked against the submitted information.

Vote counts are based only on confirmed payments.

Pending, cancelled or failed payments do not increase a creator's vote count.

The public leaderboard provides ongoing visibility of creator rankings.

The leaderboard is frozen when the competition officially ends.

Fraudulent voting, automated bots, fake accounts or other forms of manipulation are prohibited.

Any creator or participant found to have engaged in fraudulent activity may be disqualified.

Votes associated with confirmed fraudulent activity may be cancelled.

Disqualification and refund decisions are handled according to the official challenge terms and applicable law.

Payments

Prizes are awarded only to eligible winners after the Challenge closes and the final verification process is completed. A winner may be disqualified if the winner or associated votes violate these Terms and Conditions, applicable law or the integrity of the Challenge.

If a winner is disqualified, MRPO may award the prize to the next eligible creator according to the final verified leaderboard or take another lawful action.

The 50,000-Vote Threshold

The Challenge has a minimum platform-wide target of 50,000 confirmed votes.

If the target is not reached during the initial one-month competition period, the Challenge will automatically continue until the target is achieved, unless MRPO lawfully suspends, changes or ends the Challenge.

The final winners will be determined after the required threshold is reached and final verification is completed. The leaderboard will be frozen at the official closing time announced by MRPO.

MRPO may correct technical errors, remove invalid votes, adjust rankings or delay the closing date where reasonably necessary to protect fairness and accuracy.

Voting Rules

Each vote costs 104.50 ETB.

Votes are counted only after payment has been successfully confirmed.

Pending, cancelled, reversed, refunded or failed payments do not count.

Votes may not be transferred between creators unless expressly permitted by MRPO.

Votes purchased through fraud, deception, unauthorized payment methods, bots, automated systems or other prohibited methods may be cancelled.

MRPO may investigate unusual voting activity and may temporarily withhold votes while an investigation is conducted.

Vote purchases do not guarantee a particular ranking or prize.

Vote purchasers are responsible for ensuring that their payment details and transaction information are accurate.

Fairness and Prohibited Conduct

To protect the integrity of the Challenge:

Every creator entry is reviewed by an MRPO team member before publication.

Each creator’s TikTok profile is checked against the submitted information.

Vote counts are based only on confirmed payments.

The public leaderboard provides ongoing visibility of creator rankings.

The leaderboard is frozen when the Challenge officially ends.

Fraudulent voting, automated bots, fake accounts, payment abuse, vote manipulation and other dishonest conduct are prohibited.

Participants must not impersonate another person, submit false information, interfere with the platform, exploit technical vulnerabilities or attempt to influence the Challenge through unlawful means.

Participants must not use content that infringes another person’s intellectual property, privacy, publicity or other legal rights.

Any creator or participant found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may be suspended, disqualified or removed from the Challenge.

Where practical, material changes will be communicated through the Challenge platform or official communication channels. Changes will not affect rights that have already accrued under applicable law.

MRPO is not responsible for failure or delay caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, civil unrest, government action, telecommunications failure, internet disruption, cyberattacks, payment-provider failure or platform outages.

Intellectual Property and Publicity

Participants retain ownership of content they submit, subject to the rights and permissions granted below.

By submitting an entry, a creator grants MRPO a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to use the creator’s name, TikTok username, profile image, submitted information and Challenge-related content for administering, displaying, promoting and reporting on the Challenge and MRPO’s mission.

This permission continues for as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes, subject to applicable law and the Privacy Agreement. Participants must ensure that they have the necessary rights and permissions for any content they submit.

The Challenge is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or affiliated with TikTok. Participants must comply with TikTok’s applicable terms and policies.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MRPO is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss arising from participation in the Challenge.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Disputes and Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Ethiopia, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

Participants should first contact MRPO to attempt to resolve any complaint or dispute informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be referred to a competent court or other lawful dispute-resolution body in Ethiopia.
